Frankly, the interference from our neighborhood board has been both surprising and demoralizing. This project, when began, was a rejuvenating and rehabiliatory experience for my mental health. Since the board has asserted itself I have felt a wave of stress, anxiety, and the joy of this project has been sapped entirely. Truly disappointing.
